    I highly recommend doing sessions with Lisa! She is very knowledgeable, professional and welcoming.

    I went a few months after giving birth and she focused on the body parts that changed during pregnancy and explained how it changes. She focused on strengthening my core, my ribcage, correcting my pelvis, and breathing. Every time I go I feel improvement in my posture and also my ribcage feels tighter (who knew it changes during pregnancy!)
